Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Product delivered do not match your order.
  2.  Product delivered are expired or near to its expiry date (medicine with an expiry date of less than 3 month salary considered as near expiry).
  3.  In case of Delivery or in transit may tha product are damaged which can be Replace within 7 days of Delivery (Please do not accept any product which has tempered seal or damage seal).

 Return Policy:
The returns are subject to the following condition which are :-

  1.  Any wrong ordering a product does not qualify for return.
  2. Batch number of the product or medicine being Returned should be match as a mention on invoice.
  3.  Product being returned should only be in their original manufacturer’s packaging like -with original price tags, labels, bar-code and invoice.
  4. Partially consume medicine don’t qualify for return only fully unopened or sealed medicine can be returned.

You may request a cancellation of your order before it has been shipped or fulfilled. To cancel your order, please contact us at with your order details and reason for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already been shipped or fulfilled.
